The Oakley Gown’s focus is on femininity and flattering your figure. This bustier gown is seamed and structured to nip you in at the waist, fit neatly over hips, and flare out into a dramatic train to best showcase it’s beautiful appliqué fabric. Wear with the Valley Sleeves for a fresh modern edge, or pair with the gold coin veil for a more traditional look with a Rue edge.

  • These samples have been worn for photoshoots or used for fittings. Because of this, these dresses may contain slight imperfections. These imperfections may include (but not limited to): minor pulling of threads or faint marks in the lace fabric, mesh, or lining; a slight colour difference from the original gown due to age/fading, or light marks at the hem from contact with the floor. These samples have not been altered or worn by a bride for a wedding or event.
  • This sample is being kept in a secure, climate controlled storage. This sample features the following noticeable wear: discolouration on bodice lining (not visible through outer), discolouration on embroidery (back skirt). Photos of the flaws can be found in this listing, and pricing of this sample is reflective of this wear. Additional imperfections may be present on this gown, but are considered *minor.
    • * Not brand new, but include minor flaws that we believe do not impact the overall look of the gown (i.e. no major rips or significant stains in highly visible area).

Care

Gown may be steamed, and pressed on a low/medium heat only. Extra care must be given to delicate fabric. Hang gown using hanger tape. Refer to care label for dry clean advice.

No Refunds or Returns on Sample Sale Gowns

All gowns remain the property or Rue de Seine until paid for in full. Orders require 100% payment on order date. We use a secure payment gateway and your credit card details are not saved on file or accessible by us.

A shipping fee will be applied to your order according to the items you select. This shipping fee covers processing and handling, a Rue de Seine garment bag, and secure shipping to your location.

Depending on the destination, orders may incur a custom or import duty charge and is a separate cost not included in the shipping fee. Rue De Seine does not have control over these charges and are unable to quote customs fees, as it is based on your own country’s regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.  All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. If you do not accept to pay these charges initially, your parcel may be abandoned or returned to sender.

Lead times quoted are estimates only. Delivery times are approximate and do depend on customs processes and entry into your country. We are not responsible for any customs or transit delays that may incur on arrival into your country.

Current processing times are 2 - 3 weeks delivery from the order date.

We suggest your delivery date is a minimum of 8 - 12 weeks prior to your wedding, to allow for any customs / delivery delays.

We cannot discount gowns further than the original quoted discount price. The discount price is based on the condition of the gown.

Your gown has previously been one of the following samples – Press / Boutique / Production / Trunk Show.

Your gown has been lightly worn and will NOT be as brand new. All sample have been reviewed by our in-house team in Auckland and have been discounted according to their condition.

Please expect that there may be some very minor imperfections to your sample gown; these may include slight pulling of threads on the outer or lining, slight difference in colour to the original, light marks or stains, or the size may not be 100% true to original (due to the gown being tried on).

You must accept both the contract document and the Terms & Conditions document to complete your order.
